Great mat! My daughter started using this at about 1 month - now at 2.5 months she plays with it for an hour+. She loves the lights (NOTE: The butterflies don't fly by themselves, you have to turn them), and I agree with other reviewers that the ability to move the toys around to different locations keeps it interesting and new. She also likes the music, and I find the rainforest sounds calming and non-irritating (unlike many baby toys). The mat is a little thin, but she doesn't mind, even when it's set on a hardwood floor.
