We bought this at full retail price when our daughter was 7 wks. She took to it immediately. But here is the real proof this was worth the$ - she STILL loves it and she's now 8 months old! We've used it daily since we bought it, just purchased some additional toys to help switch things up. The only downside was that the parrot spinner started to get rusty after months of her drooling on it. Even considering that, I would rebuy this gym in a heartbeat. The quilt has so much to look at and grab. The self-activated music is a great developmental (cause/effect) tool.
