I intended to use this item after bringing my baby home from the hospital. I did for a short period. It's certainly handy, but just didn't seem very comfortable to my baby. I used it the first two months, but then I found my baby rolling to the side and coming out of the sleeper a little too easily. It's a good idea, just maybe not quite up to the standards I thought it looked to be. The sides are kind of flemsy and the bottom half that the baby's legs laid on seemed to start curving...just made it seem more flemsy for the price you pay for this.
